She was diligent and honest with us from the get-go, especially accommodating since our search started from out of state and her doing tours via FaceTime. It may have taken us half a year. I highly recommend Kristi Porter as a buyer's agent. She helped my husband and me find a wonderful home in the fall of 2016. We had just relocated from California and were completely unfamiliar with the local housing market. At first, even the wide variety of home styles two-story, raised ranch, front-back or side-to-side split, etc. was overwhelming. Kristi not only asked us questions designed to determine the style and neighborhood best suited to our needs and wants but also made astute observations about our reactions as we visited various properties. She provided us with feedback that helped us make the optimum choice and then negotiated a great deal. Unfortunately, my husband and I are now divorcing and had to sell the house Kristi found for us, but I'm looking forward to working with her again to find a home that fits my new circumstances.
Kristi is the most positive, caring, and knowledgeable realtor I've used. She guided me through everything. If I had a question, she had the answer. I was stressed out over everything. When I was freaking out, Kristi was there with her positive attitude and calming voice.
